Core Services
Elder care can feel confusing, especially when you’re managing care for someone you love. I’m here to help families find clarity and peace of mind by offering:
Health Information Review & Organization
I help gather, organize, and make sense of your loved one’s medical history, current diagnoses, medications, and providers — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.Care Planning & Transitions Support
Whether you're planning ahead or navigating a sudden change, I walk alongside you to anticipate care needs and support transitions—like home to assisted living, hospital to rehab, or end-of-life care.Medical Appointment Attendance & Advocacy
I can attend medical visits with your loved one (in person or virtually) as an advocate — asking questions, clarifying instructions, and being a second set of eyes and ears.Family Communication & Education
I help families stay informed, explain health conditions or treatment plans, and make sure everyone involved feels supported and aligned.Crisis Care Coordination
If your loved one is hospitalized or facing a sudden decline, I can help you coordinate next steps, communicate with providers, and manage transitions across care settings.
Next Steps
If you’re wondering whether this kind of support is right for your family, I offer a 15-minute introductory call — free of charge.
It’s a chance to talk briefly about your situation, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

What I Don't Do
To be clear and transparent, here’s what I do not offer:
- I do not prescribe medications or serve as a primary care provider
- I am not available on-call 24/7
- I do not provide transportation
- I do not replace your medical or legal team — I support and coordinate around them
How It Works
Simple, Personalized Support
Please note that I work with a limited number of families to provide intentional, personalized care.
Contact MeIntroductory Consultation
We begin with a 60–90 minute meeting (virtual or in person) to review your situation, answer questions, and outline a path forward. You’ll receive a written summary with my observations and recommendations.
Ongoing Support
If needed, I offer hourly support for ongoing coordination, communication, and advocacy. Together, we’ll tailor services to fit your family’s evolving needs.
Acute or Crisis Check-ins
During high-stress moments like hospitalizations or major health changes, I can step in to support you — based on availability and billed hourly.
